To avoid no shows, I encourage all clients to confirm appointments via the text/email you receive 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you have not confirmed within the next business day, your appointment could be forfeited and given to another client from my waitlist. No showing, arriving 30+ minutes late, or cancelling within 24 hours before your appointment will result in being charged 30% of the booked services starting price. I get that life happens! So if you’re unable to make the appointment due to an emergency or illness, please don’t hesitate to contact me. There will be exceptions!
